The CPMR-IMC is looking for a specialised consultant/consulting firm that will be responsible for drawing up a “Best Practices Manual: Unpacking the Potential of ICZM/MSP Processes for Planning Sustainable Tourism Activities in the Mediterranean” : 10 best practices providing balanced coverage of the southern, eastern, western and northern shores of the Mediterranean.
The Best Practices Manual may be composed of best practices from different geographical scales, including local, regional or national. The Consultant will propose a best practices analysis methodology to identify associated limits, required needs and gaps when compared from one region to another.
The desired outcome is to provide concrete examples of how these processes are key tools in the hands of local, regional and national Mediterranean authorities to plan tourism activities more sustainably.
